Bishop Phillips is also founder of Serenity Radio Network, a internet broadcasting ministry of Redemption Center, Inc. Bishop Phillips is a graduate of Amherst Theological Seminary and has been in ministry for the past fifteen years. He is also the Senior Pastor of Bethany Church of Spout Springs Virginia.
